Step 1
Leads load from Radius
The portal pulls your current lead list from Radius so staff start from live data, not yesterday's export.
Step 2
Staff open a lead and review context
The lead view shows source, status, days since last contact, and any prior notes — everything needed to pick up where someone left off.
Step 3
AI drafts the next step
Based on where the lead is in the enrollment process and Mathnasium's sales methodology, the AI recommends what to say and what to do next.
Step 4
Staff review, edit, and log
Notes and next steps are reviewed and confirmed by staff before anything is logged — AI assists, humans decide.
Step 5
Updates sync back to Radius
Changes made in the portal write back to Radius in real time, keeping both systems current without double entry.
Does not include: Outbound SMS campaigns, marketing automation, or replacement of Radius as the CRM. The call transcription and texting integration is an optional enhancement — the core tool works without it.
