Step 1
Staff upload a photo from the center
Any photo from a session, event, or milestone. The AI runs vision analysis to understand what is in the image.
Step 2
Context is added
Staff answer a few quick questions about what happened in the moment. The more specific, the better the output — but even short answers produce strong results.
Step 3
AI generates headline and story options
Four headline and mini-story pairs are generated for staff to choose from. These become the overlay on the final image.
Step 4
Banner and CTA are selected
Staff pick from pre-approved footer banners and call-to-action text that fit your center's current priorities.
Step 5
Captions are generated and the post is emailed
AI writes platform-specific captions for Facebook and Instagram. The final image and captions are emailed to staff, who post manually with one final review.
