When a contract ends, families often drift to month-to-month without realizing it — or quietly decide to cancel. A mid-month heads-up gives directors time to reach out before the window closes.

Contracts ending this month are the urgent priority; ending next month gives you the warm list to work in parallel. Both are surfaced together so nothing falls through the cracks.

Beyond the urgent buckets, the attached PDF shows every active recurring student and their contract status — including month-to-month agreements — so directors always have the complete picture.
